The Emirates Women Award 17th cycle was concluded yesterday by announcing and recognizing the winners. I was honored to be the Chief Assessor in this cycle. My contribution is summarized in delivering awareness workshops to applicants, selecting assessors and forming the assessment teams, delivering assessors training, calibrating the team's outcomes, and contributing to the jury meeting.
